fix: geçmiş arşiv kayıtları ana ekranı çökertiyordu

- SummaryCards/TenderList/DailyBulletin/ResultSearch/TenderCalendar:
  eklenmeZamani, baslik, kurum, ikn, tarih alanlarına güvenli erişim
  (arşiv kayıtlarında bu alanlar bulunmuyordu → TypeError, boş ekran)
- history-store: arşiv kayıtlarına arayüzün beklediği varsayılan alanlar
