+`/api/ready` eklendi. `/api/health` süreç canlılığını korurken readiness kontrolü kullanıcı ve ortak veri dizinlerini gerektiğinde oluşturup okuma/yazma erişimini doğruluyor; başarısızlıkta HTTP 503 ve hangi kontrolün kaldığını döndürüyor. CI container kontrolü artık bu endpoint’i kullanıyor.
